I wanted to let you know how happy we are with the services Flooring Innovations performed for us during our recent remodel to get our house ready to sell.

As you may recall, we got bids from several firms for our kitchen cabinets, counters, and bedroom carpets. While your prices were not the cheapest, your organization was so clearly more organized and professional that we decided to go with you. That turned out to be one of the smartest choices we have ever made.

There were so many things that impressed me about the way you and your firm handled the project:

• Design.  You passion for this project, years of experience and design talent were invaluable.  The design you helped us with resulted in a house that showed extremely well. We have heard from at least a dozen people that they have never seen such a beautiful house.  Here is the most important proof point: The house sold in 3 days in a down market for full price, all cash with a 3 week escrow. Furthermore it set a new record for price per square foot within PGA West.  Your design was a big piece of that.
• Organization.  There were a lot of moving pieces on this project. Demolition, framing, cabinet staining, counters, electrical, appliance installation and so much more. You were 100 percent on top of every detail for the entire duration of the job. One of the reasons I was okay spending a little more with you was the hope that it would be a drama-free project. You exceeded my expectations in that regard.
• Schedule.  Everything happened when you said it would, like clockwork. That was super-important for us as we had deadlines to meet in order to list the house.
• Integrity.  As with any job there were additions to the project after we signed the initial contract. I noticed that each of those scope increases were priced extremely fairly. I never once felt taken advantage of.
• Accountability.  On a project of this magnitude there are always little problems that require fixing. Every single time I reported a problem you politely took it down and got it fixed quickly and efficiently. 

I could go on and on, but you get the idea.  We couldn’t be happier.  You guys are rock stars.
