Our bamboo flooring was just installed ? in two easy, painless days with minimal disruption ? and we are thrilled! What a delight. Everything looks wonderful!?

From the moment we walked into Flooring Innovations, Doug?s every word and action was customer-focused. ?SO responsive, he made sure every promise was delivered upon. From start to finish, he was always accessible, and made sure every question was answered; every need fulfilled ? immediately.?

As for the installation team,?Orlando and Israel?were amazing. Such dedicated, hard workers who are tops at what they do ? and so sensitive to making things perfect. Plus, the care they took with our furniture was so appreciated. We couldn?t have been in better hands. Particularly,?Orlando,?who really went the extra mile. His work ethic is admirable. He was even back here early this morning, after the job was done, checking to make sure everything was perfect.?

And?Manny,?the manager of the installation team, obviously knows how to set expectations within his team. He is clearly dedicated to client satisfaction.?
