We have only 1,500 s.f. and Lynn Manning treated us as if we had 15,000 s.f. I can’t tell you what a smooth and pleasant process it was because of her and let me tell you I am a real pain in the behind. It took me forever to decide on the type of flooring and then what color. She has some serious patience. When we were making the decision to go with Flooring Innovations or another company, who was much cheaper, something happened that cemented my decision. Lynn didn’t know we were there and was in the back of the store just around the corner from where we were standing. I heard her say to a someone: “Are you new? Let me know if there is anything I can do to help, I’d be happy to do so.” You can train someone to do a job, but you can’t train ‘decent’ into a person when no one is watching.
No matter how many times I came back to pick up YET ANOTHER SAMPLE she was there to help, over and over and over. I’m so impressed with her both as a salesperson and as a person. I knew that no matter what, if we had an issue she would make it right. But there were no issues because the whole process was so seamlessly well planned it wasn’t necessary. There were no surprises.
Throughout the process we were contacted by Lynn to make sure everything was OK.
Your workmen were on time, worked hard and did a fabulous job. They cleaned up each night and were very considerate throughout the process. By the time they left it was well on the way to being ready to us being able to move back in. It also took less time than quoted which was great.
Just can’t say it enough, thank you so very much for a job well done. Your service is beyond what is expected these days and very appreciated. We will be recommending your services and products to our friends and neighbors.

We have just finished our long drawn out renovation and my husband and I want to thank you for not only a great product, but wonderful attention to detail. Having been an ASID designer for thirty plus years,I am probably pickier then most of your clients. We had a very small kitchen, that we enlarged as much as possible. You helped me create a plan that works extremely well and gives us a great amount of storage space. I love the combination of wood look bases and crisp white laminate on top. It gives us the very contemporary look I was after and the coffee colored quartz counter tops completed the effect.
We also love our two bathrooms, coffee/wine bar and extra storage at the end of a hall to match. Altogether, it’s just perfect! We look forward to collaborating with you again in the future.
